Nicola is the Environmental and Sustainability Manager for Little Freddie, a premium organic food brand that specialises in supplying and distributing infant and baby food products to retailers across the UK and in Asia. Since joining in 2019, she has been responsible for overseeing the delivery of Little Freddie’s Big Green Plan which lays out 20 ambition commitments towards making it the most sustainable baby food brand in the UK. Prior to Little Freddie, Nicola worked for more than five years in the sustainability and renewable energy sector, before moving into ethical trade in the apparel industry.
